Terms and Conditions

The V-tech Tuning sp. z o.o. online store, operating at https://sklep.vtech.pl, is run by V-tech Tuning sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Janowice 94, 32-020 Wieliczka, Tax ID (NIP): 6832102412.

1. The order processing time is as follows:
- for “cash on delivery” payments – 3 business days from the date of receipt of the purchase confirmation,
- For payments by bank transfer (prepayment) – 3 business days from the date the payment is credited to the Company’s account.
The contract for the sale of goods is entered into in accordance with Polish law and in the Polish language.
Once the order is complete, the merchandise is shipped to the Buyer. Estimated delivery time: 2 business days.
Maximum delivery time = processing time + estimated delivery time.

The price listed for each item is final at the time the customer places the order.
The company reserves the right to change the prices of the products in its catalog, add new products to its catalog, launch and cancel promotional campaigns on the store’s website, or make changes to them.
The discount on the second and subsequent items applies after the first transaction has been posted.

The Buyer may pay for the ordered goods by selecting one of the following payment methods:
- cash on delivery – the courier collects the payment upon delivery,
- by bank transfer to the Company’s account,
- by electronic payment via the platnosci24.pl service,
- cash upon in-person pickup of the merchandise at the Company’s headquarters. Please contact our office before picking up your order in person.
Orders are shipped within Poland via a courier service. The shipping cost is included in the description of each listed item.

A customer may return merchandise purchased from our store without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the package.
This is possible only if the merchandise shows no signs of use, is complete, and has not been damaged in any way. Returned merchandise must be sent back along with the proof of purchase and a completed withdrawal form. A sample withdrawal form is attached to these terms and conditions.
If the buyer is found to have engaged in dishonest practices, the store reserves the right to consider the possibility of a refund on a case-by-case basis.
The store guarantees a refund equal to the price of the item. The refund will be issued immediately, no later than within 14 days. The cost of returning the item is non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns and complaints.

If, after receiving the merchandise, the customer finds any physical defects, they should return it by mail to V-tech Tuning sp. z o.o., ul. Bieżanowska 71, 30-812 Kraków
The Company’s store does not accept any returns sent cash on delivery.
The store will reimburse the costs associated with returning the item under warranty immediately upon receiving the package and reviewing the claim.
Please include proof of purchase and a description of the reason for the return with the returned merchandise.
All complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt. Damaged merchandise will be replaced with a new, undamaged item; if this is not possible (for example, due to a stock shortage), the store will refund the buyer the full price of the merchandise or offer the buyer a choice of other items available in the store.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns and complaints.

The court with jurisdiction to hear disputes arising from the sales contract is the court with jurisdiction over the defendant’s place of business.
